v2.21.0 — Replies on your profile, a Feed tab & clearer content labels

Decide whether your reply poems show on your profile, and see what a poet has been enjoying in a new profile Feed tab. Sponsored and AI labels now appear everywhere they should, and the subscription and analytics pages in the app work properly.

Profile control, honest labels, and a set of subscription fixes.

Show replies on your profile, or don't

Some poets want their reply poems on their profile; others want only their standalone work there.

  • The setting — Settings › Privacy › “Show replies on my profile”, on the web and in the app.
  • On by default — nothing changes unless you switch it off.
  • When it's off — reply poems are left out of the Poems tab on your profile.

A Feed tab on profiles

A new Feed tab on profiles shows the poems a poet has reacted to. It's a quick way to see what they've been reading and enjoying.

Sponsored and AI labels

Poets can say when a piece is sponsored, or when AI was involved in making it.

  • Labels — Sponsored, AI-generated and AI-assisted, shown as badges on feed cards and poem pages.
  • Spoken word too — the labels are now available when you compose spoken word in the app.
  • Mobile web — the labels were missing from feed cards on mobile web; they now show.

Subscriptions and analytics in the app

The subscription pages in the app had some rough edges.

  • Before — the Plus plan could show the wrong name, cancelled or expired plans weren't explained, and the upgrade page could crash on desktop.
  • After — your plan is shown correctly, there's a button to manage a subscription you bought on the web, and desktop explains that in-app purchase isn't available there.
  • Analytics — the app's analytics page now shows your real numbers.
  • Easy to find — Subscription and Analytics now have their own entries in Settings.

Reliability, security & accessibility

  • Profile photos — tap an avatar to see the full-size photo.
  • Moderation — the moderation team can see a poem's labels and a member's plan when reviewing.
  • Testing — broader automated end-to-end testing on the web and in the app.
