Organizations can publish and feature members' work, and authors stay in control through a simple request inbox. Here is how the flow works on both sides.

For organizations

  • Compose on behalf — publish as the organization, with attribution that credits both the org and the author.
  • Editor approvals — posts from Editors can require an Admin's approval before they go live, so nothing is published without oversight.
  • Promotion & sponsorship requests — ask an author for permission to feature or sponsor their existing poem.

For authors

When an organization wants to publish or sponsor your work, it shows up in your Requests inbox under the You section of the Library. Open it to review the details, then accept or decline. Your name always stays on your poem.

note

Declining a request never removes your poem or affects your account — it simply tells the organization no.
