Share with Specific People
Share a list with specific users at three permission levels:
- Can View — Read-only access to the list and its contents
- Can Edit — Can modify list metadata (name, description)
- Can Add — Can add new items to the list
Public Lists
Public lists are discoverable on the Community page. Anyone can browse them. Lists shared with you appear in your "My Lists" section.
